Beata specializes in pharmaceutical law and commercial contract law.

Beata graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź and is a legal advisor with 20 years of professional experience. While still studying law, she completed International Trade Law Program organised jointly by the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., and the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. After her legal studies, she completed postgraduate studies in tax law at the University of Łódź and postgraduate studies in the legal and economic conditions of the construction process at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Beata began her professional career as an in-house lawyer at Gallaher (now Japan Tobacco). She then moved to the Tax Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Later in her career, she joined one of the largest law firms in Łódź at the time, where she continued her practice in tax proceedings and dealt with matters related to real estate law, labor law, pharmaceutical law, and commercial contracts. Several years ago, she founded her own law firm, CK Partners, together with Jacek Klimkowski. In addition, due to her knowledge of tax and pharmaceutical law, she provided legal services to entities subordinate to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health for several years. For many years, Beata has focused her professional activities on supporting companies in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.

Beata is fluent in Polish and English. She also has a good command of German. She is constantly improving her language skills by learning French and Italian.
